What is a co-creation festival?

Although we put a lot of work and effort into the framework and facilities, it is us all as participants who create the experience! We all play a big role in the festival! We can compare it to a retreat, which is often very expensive, everything is catered for. At a co-creation festival however, things are different, and we are one large ecosystem in a sense. No one is hired or paid to do anything. So everyone takes part to make things happen. Everyone will get a shift at the festival. Some enjoy to help out with the cooking, some clean, some make sure people have someone to come and talk to if they need to (putting time aside for being emotionally available). Some hold workshops. And more!
